2. Data processed

• Identification and contact data: name, email, phone.
• The content of your message, which may include information about your health or your animal's health (special category data).
• Photos you send me for a remote session.
• If you book a session, the data needed for invoicing.

3. Purposes

• Replying to your session or information request.
• Organising and carrying out sessions, in person or remotely.
• Informing you about the training, only if you ask.
• Meeting tax and accounting obligations (invoicing).

No automated decisions or profiling take place, and your data is never used for advertising.

4. Legal basis

• Your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the form checkbox, and your explicit consent for any health data you choose to share (art. 9.2.a GDPR).
• Performance of the session you request or book (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Compliance with legal obligations such as invoicing (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

5. Retention

• Requests that do not lead to a session: deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact.
• Clients: for the duration of the relationship, then for the periods required by law (up to 6 years for accounting and tax records).
• Photos for remote sessions: permanently deleted at the end of the session.

6. Recipients

Your data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. The following act as processors, with GDPR safeguards:

• The web and email hosting provider (Namecheap, Inc.). Where this involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, it is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
• The accounting firm (gestoría), only for invoicing data.

If you contact me via WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation under its own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@magnetismoybienestar.es with the subject "Data protection". I will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe the processing is not lawful, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Minors

Sessions for minors are requested and arranged with their parents or legal guardians. Children under 14 must not send data through this website without their parents' consent.

9. Cookies

This website only uses one technical session cookie (PHPSESSID), needed for the form security code. It is deleted when you close your browser and, being strictly necessary, does not require consent (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). No analytics or advertising cookies are used, and fonts are hosted on the website's own server, with no third-party connection.

10. Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), anti-spam protection on the form and restricted access to information.
